    Well – equally unimpressed by Motability response to our quandary to be honest.

    More than 9 hours since contacting them and still waiting a call back. Seems sloppy customer experience is the norm these days!

    Suppose they’re having exactly the same problem contacting Ohme and ProEV as I have? Useless in the extreme – annoying thing is I could have had a survey and installation done 3 days after order if I’d paid for it!!! Beginning to think I might get that guy to give me a quote and what really needs doing because I think Ohme will try to rip me off.
