The 4 WD Enyaq has a bigger turning circle than the rear wheel drive version, and less range.
But it’s quicker. Most of the feedback from owners is that the AWD version adds very little, if anything, over the RWD version. It’s also worth remembering that the turning circle on the Enyaq is very impressive for such a big car, losing a little won’t make it difficult to turn, just more to what you’d expect. It strikes me as a little odd that you have a car capable of doing 0-62 in just under 7 seconds but tops out before 100mph.
Being slightly quicker 0-60mph doesn’t bother me at all. I’m currently in a 4 motion Allspace so am used to not rushing. I’m not sure I would pick the X Enyaq as I have also read a lot of reviews where people think it adds little, apart from wight, and possible extra noise from the other motor. I’m currently looking at the coupe anyway, where 4 wd isn’t an option currently (wonder what will happen there)
99mph is fine for me (I think the new one will do 112?) as I’m sure the range takes a hit at that speed.
