To add insult to injury – Burrows response is to go all Boris Johnson and double down on their being reasonable totally ignoring us for 45 minutes and their showroom staff apparently asked me to move my car! Fantasy Island or the Wife and I have gone totally dollay – and we know which it is lol. Anyway, not worth the hassle with a company who act so appallingly before they’ve even got the sale.
With what’s happened to both you and me at 2 different dealerships, I’m not going to bother with Mazda.
