Well I’m more confused now!
Got an email from the customer service centre, the people I rang last week asking how to get permission. They sent me a form to complete which I did and included a photo of the wall with a photo of the charger added to it so they could see what it would look like.

“Thank you for returning the form and the required information.
I have passed this on to your housing officer/patch manager and they should be in contact over the next week to confirm.

So it looks like the other emails were def. about the application I put in several months ago about getting a drive put in, before the KerboCharge was an option.
Just have to wait and see if they contact me as promised!
