I have mineral white with oyster leather. Gloss black interior trim, as the contrast is greater. I have gloss (piano) black in my current series 2 gran coupe, and its fine, just keep a small spray bottle of nilglass or similar in the cubby lockers, and a wipe down with a microfiber cloth, and your done, you will be wanting to clean those large touch screens anyway, (fingerprint magnets). Its just the two of us now by and large, so i just just wipe down every week. I do keep the car clean as an amateur detailer, because white is a devil, esp the sills which catch your trousers with dirt!! Try and see the difference on a showroom model, i think if you have black seats, either looks good.
