Just a couple of things
@keyzo, yes, the main reason for looking at suvs/coupes, is, as I said, we have a 6foot plus son for the back seat and two golden retrievers in the boot, so, yes, plenty times using the boot and rear seat. I now, due to a failed cataract surgery and glaucoma in the other eye cannot drive any longer.
I did say the graphics and rear camera were excellent, the ife system does need some time to learn, but I personally don’t think the graphics are better than the Enyaq, the rear camera usca different story.
@72 dudes, I did mention maybe the larger tyres made it noisier than the other two on the motorway, I was also looking at it noise against the enyaq iv80 X with the 21 in wheels and the ionic 5 ultimate with 20 inch tyres, both felt more stable in town.
I did say I thought it was not set correctly, mwadntca criticism if the system, mjyst the way it had been setup. I didn’t have time to set it up (it also had the air con off,nso had to put that right on the test lol)
@lird Muc, the brochure I looked at shows four different interior trims, three leather, one cloth all with dark grey headliners, this car had cloth seats black, black facia and black headliner. Almost as dark as the ev6.
After the drive, we went to the Skoda dealer and had another look at the coupe and the suv. Both much easier to get in and out of the back, both with much larger boots, the coupe has a full glass roof, but after further looking at the height of the rear entry, the coupebus actually much higher than the suv, so, I think, (with the wife’s hinting lol) the lifting if the oldest dog would be easier into the suv.
So, unless there is a change in October (the Sportlibe would be nuce) I’m going for a iv80 suv in race blue, eco suite interior, AFS headlights, Supernova wheels (look really goid with the race blue) and the Plus package and travel package. If the Enyaq comes off, then it’s an ionic 5 ultimate with package to add out if car parking.
