“Thank you for your enquiry on the BMW i4.
The car is on the scheme, but the earliest we could get you a car for is December. The £500 offer currently runs until the end of September, so the car would not qualify. However, if they extend the offer into the final quarter of the year we will offer it to you?”
I think they need some consistency…
