After my head injury 18 years ago we had to inform DVLA and had to wait for Nuero to give the ok before I could drive. Due to my head injury I do not communicate without my wife being present. It is always best to check.
I have to agree I could have worded it better, but unfortunately that is a brain injury hence the signature at the bottom of my posts.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
