No one has said that going EV on its own will save the world. However it’s a darn sight better than sticking your head, Ostrich like, in the sand and hoping the problem will go away. Had the jet stream drifted further North then we too would be feeling the effects of the heat wave.
We have been warned that if we don’t change our habits then Armageddon will be visited upon us. The majority have ignored that warning and carried on as before and we are beginning to see the results of that attitude.
We don’t have the luxury of carrying on like before. It’s either adapt to a more sustainable lifestyle or trash the planet. We owe it to our kids/grandkids and future generations to do the right thing.
