Nas, I’m not sure what range you were expecting but the WLTP range for the ID5 is only 326, so if you’re getting 321 then you really are doing well.

This really does sound like a case of doing sufficient research for what is a significant change in driving habits.  The car itself is overpriced and people do tend to go either thinking it’s worth the asking price and that the scheme is a good method of getting into a car that expensive or that the car needs to justify the valuation, which it really doesn’t.  I remember posting my thoughts when I first sat in it and comparing it to the Enyaq and Ariya as they were all on offer at the time and it was clearly the most expensive and least well made.

It sounds like you need to have a serious think on what you want to get out of your next car and have a conversation with Motability.  A 5 mile test drive is woefully inadequate for something as significant as a switch to electric driving.  That in itself would be sufficient to justify that having given the car every chance it just isn’t right for you.

I'm Autistic, if I say something you find offensive, please let me know, I can guarantee it was unintentional.
I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
