For me, its not the fault, it’s how the dealer/manufacturer deals with it.
Currently have no aircon in my Kia Soul, condenser has gone (not uncommon for Hyundai/Kia if you trawl the forums). Been 3 weeks now and still no word on when they will get the replacement part…not good, especially as it’s been a bit warm out. Can’t say I am impressed with the time its taking, had a condenser go on a Vauxhall before, replacement was 2 days, i.e. part in stock in the UK & not being sent by rowboat from Korea.
In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.
