I’m hoping I’m wrong but if its the dealer saying MB won’t let the grant go on that car sounds like just another run of the mill gazumping story for yet another MB customer. Hope its just a misunderstanding and you collect Tuesday.
I must say I find it odd infact very bizzare that the only person seeminglt to know about this is the dealer – at the close of business Friday, Mb confirmed everthing is fine for collection on Tuesday, theres been no correspondence from the grants team what so ever, other than the dealer saying grants had tried to ring Laura but, one would expect an email if this was the case especially with the bankholiday looming a collection is Tuesday. I’d expect grants would be going out of their way to make contact?
I’m glad I’m not alone thinking ?Laura has been gazumped by a underhanded dealer selling to a retail customer. However if this proves to be the case, Laura risks opening a can of worms speaking to the grants team, who have give her shIt up to this pointand therefore wise speaking to Mb in the first instance.
