Had runflats on a BMW in 09, back then they had a a bad reputation as being over firm. It was the best drivers car I’ve ever had and even back then, the few % stiffer wasn’t worth mentioning. If you from a car with 155/65/15 to say 205/40/18 then you would feel it but I wouldn’t even factor in versus the way it will drive.
