When my Motability Kuga went back I was surprised to get a letter from the new owner a few months later.
He was having a problem with the engine randomly cutting out and asked if I’d had that issue.
He wasn’t happy when I told him no, but it did have 2 new roofs, a new bonnet, new rear quarter panels, 2 headliners replaced as the first roof repair was leaking and a load of other work after it was dented by massive hailstones followed by several botched repairs by Nationwide Car Repairs. Eventually went to a Ford main dealer to be sorted.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
