Thanks for all the advice guys but I still can’t get it to connect. As a last resort I will contact my internet supplier and see if I can get any help. I bought a new Ethernet cable also but that didn’t help.
Brydo, when you connect the lead are the tx & rx (orange/green) lights flashing on the back of the port on the tv androuter?
Have you tried another port on you router and you hear a click when you push the lead in?
You have changed the TV setting to wired ethernet and saved the setting?
From memory your TV is 65″ CX OLED?
