There are arguments for, and against this car,as there are with any Car or product!

If anyone wants an EV then they should pay the price and get one..

If anyone wants a near EV driving experience ie smooth, speedy ( almost instant response on acceleration-a much much quicker response than nearly all ICE’s on the Motability scheme ), with a quiet ride, this car provides it.

If anyone is happy to stop several times on a journey to top up a their EV at huge Motorway fees then get an EV , oh, and bite their fingernails down to the quick, yup get that EV

If however anyone would like to fill up with petrol the night before and know that they have a 6-700 mile range before topping up, this car provides it -ie no range anxiety.

If the purpose is to get the maximum mileage for your ‘ buck’ then the EV route may be the way- excluding higher acquisition costs?

If you’re happy with 60 mpg plus on journeys, and 50 plus overall, this car provides it , without the inconvenience of plugging it in somewhere .

It is not perfect, by any measurement, but it suits me I must admit – more than I thought it would.
