We were told it’d be “mentioned” in the account, so people don’t constantly cancel early. Iirc, the main part is that the fee increases (we paid £50).
In regards to manual vs auto.. I’m abled, but i wouldn’t give up DSG transmissions anymore. Also wouldn’t have a torque converter anymore.
Surprised you didn’t get a termination fee to be honest.
