Maybe the dealer you called has some.stock he wants shifting thatbhadnt got the upgraded speakers that you are wanting? He may have thought you’d not be arsed and take one of those instead? Otherwise, if Motability customers are going to be stopped from getting options then the scheme will suffer badly. I’ve not had a car yet that hasn’t had some kind of extra on it.
