@Mike 700 no rush but, when you get chance, whats the room like in the rear. Im happy for you to compare with the Tiggy. Overall good first impressions ?

The difference in the rear seating between the two cars is an optical illusion , in my opinion, in that the Tiguan appears to be higher and wider, airier, and it is , but only by a couple of mm. As mentioned before, the QQ is more like a car rather than an SUV? but one great advantage that it has over the Tiguan is that it has 90* opening rear doors which are excellent for loading disability kit into the back and as witnessed today when i took two overweight elderly friends on a Hospital visit – the massive opening makes for easy entry & exit! The boot is not huge, but with flexibility in built in? Managed to get the mpg up to 53.1 average recorded today for 209 miles total, No Motorways, just town and a roads. This next few days will be the mpg test- dropping the dog off in Andover, then up to NEwbury, and except for the A34 from NEwbury to the M40, it will be almost all motorway to FormbY-3 up luggage and walker Etc- and back of course!

Thank you @ Mike700 for taking the time to get back to me 🙂

    Good overall economy.

Looking forward to your next set of results.

    Safe journey!
