My one problem is we being forced in that direction and to get a new car soon I will have to do so or drive an older car, which is what i will likely do.
This has not been asked yet but heres my answer for when/if it happens, based on my needs in the near future:
Having a Mb car is convenient at this moment in time, but, not a necessity. If and when the time comes Mb only has on offer 250 mile EV’s, I would leave the scheme. Depending on the time period this happens I will buy a new/nearly new Hybrid of some form. If the time has surpassed to buy a new hybrid I would buy used.
Currently as you have pointed out I want the reassurance rehgardless of season, day or night I can get from a to b comfortably, even if that means Ive been out for the day and only have 1/3 tank of ptyrol ot diesel.
My life style wll change one day but, untill then……..
