It’s a dull but dry start to an exciting Saturday. Rain is forecast but it won’t put a dampener on our “Jolly Boys outing”.
That’s what my sons and I call our quarterly get together and pub crawl. It’s Great Malvern’s turn to host this day of jollity for my four sons and I.
Itinerary:
Foley Arms for a full english breakfast
Nags Head for a couple of excellent real ales
The Water Cure for inspirational cocktails
The Railway Inn for pool and Darts and a further couple of libations.
Then back to our house for karaoke and a whisky tasting session in front of a roaring log fire back at the “Manor”.
I shall be drinking coffee and soft drinks as the designated driver, so I’ll join in tonight when we get to sample some seriously good single malts.
Who needs sunshine when there are other ways to warm the inner man.
