Exactly @Oscarmax I only had one because of the fixed deal I went on sometime ago. Its the old Smets 1 so will go dumb when I can eventually change supplier. My brother was an early adopter of solar, his meter goes backwards rather than stops when using solar and he point blank refusers to have a not so smart meter.
Kezo he would be better off with a smart meter, that way he could take advantage of Octopus Outgoing Fixed tariff of 15 pence a kWh
