18K miles? Pah, rookie numbers, lol! 14 months in and covered 46K miles. We’re not getting your miles / kWh, but certainly averaging (for real, not estimated) about 270 miles per return trip to London, with about 20-40 miles left “in the tank”, and once managed a full 320 on a single day without charging. I’m not quite as enamoured with it as you are – I’m starting to get hip pain on long journeys that I don’t experience in other cars, but I can’t really blame the car for that. Nothing gone wrong. it feels almost new, the only problem has been going through 7 tyres. And no, it’s not because I use the ridiculous torque to hoonigan it everywhere – it’s just been pure bad luck, a couple of worn out front’s and 5 punctures (I had to use emergency tyre weld with three) severe enough that they couldn’t be repaired. I must have driven through piles of builders debris without realising But…. overall, smashing car, and astonishing VFM. We’ve felt we’ve been stiffed a couple of times on Motability deals so getting the Kona Ultimate for £499 AP was redemption of sorts

AGreed a bargain at 499, also a great deal at 999. If you carry on with that mileage, your excess charge will be about 3 and a half grand!
