All businesses by law have to accept cash if customer wishes to use this method. For example if I walked into a showroom with £200k cash, are you telling me they will say no we only take cards so take your 200k away.. you really think they will let £200k walk out the door. No dealership in the world I believe will refuse £200k cash. This still falls under refusal of service under section 29 of the equality act 2010, coinciding with direct/indirect discrimination
Very few legitimate businesses handle large amounts of cash anymore due to money laundering regulations. However, if your money is legal and legitimate, you should have no qualms about taking it to a bank and having it sent electronically to the business.
Again there is no discrimination whether indirect or not.
Sorry Mo but your interpretation of the law of discrimination is somewhat flawed.
