Sorry wanted to add you stating manufacturers can decline cash payments. This again is untrue. All businesses by law have to accept cash if customer wishes to use this method. For example if I walked into a showroom with £200k cash, are you telling me they will say no we only take cards so take your 200k away.. you really think they will let £200k walk out the door. No dealership in the world I believe will refuse £200k cash. This still falls under refusal of service under section 29 of the equality act 2010, coinciding with direct/indirect discrimination
in your second paragraph you mention preferal treatment… no one is asking the dealerships to favour disabled customers over retail customers as we are all equal customers in the law eyes. But the manufacturers are selling cars to retail customers which disabled people cannot buy on motabilty..example cla 180, this is where disability discrimination rises because retail customers are being treated more favourably then disabled customers.
learn the law mate as I come across many people who do not even know there basic rights.
Remember you are entitled to your opinion but in a court of law your opinion will never supersede the law and case law. In courts the only evidence the judge looks at is the LAW from Parliament and case law from judges. your opinion will never be taken into consideration without you applying the law and stating why it is not discrimination. There is no space for opinions or assumptions in court of law!
