The problem Ford has is that apart from the E -Mustang most of their EV offerings are conventional models with a battery system shoehorned in and aren’t attractive when compared to manufacturers. especially VW. All of Fords models are way behind in terms of design and futureproofing. Vauxhall are even further behind.
I am guessing Ford are slowing down production of Fiesta and Focus models before launching a electric only models. With 2030 getting closer, more manufacturers will be cutting their model availability.
