I find with my Vauxhall dealership I have to keep contacting them as the first sales person to take my initial order left the company. When I contacted them again I spoke to a chap who said he would keep me updated. I made contact again and was told that he had left the company too someone else will be dealing with my order. Made contact again shortly afterwards and that salesman is actually still there! I wouldn’t have got any updates or anything had I not made contact.
Did you get the feeling they didn’t want to talk or update you and maybe would have been treated differently if you weren’t a Mobility customer 🙂
