You don’t have to wait 3 months on a subsequent lease either though?
Correct me if i’m wrong, but i think you’re referring to the three months prior to your lease ending that you’re allowed to order your car.
For example, we were allowed to order a new car from Feb this year, with our lease actually ending in may. If we could’ve found a stock car for the day our lease ends, we could’ve driven that off the lot.
The three months thing is just ordering three months prior to your lease running out, so you actually are able to sit in your new car the day the lease runs out (albeit of course nonsense in the current climate, with waiting times up to 18 months).
