Until seeing this thread I thought it was just me being paranoid, but now I can see a number of people get a less than satisfactory service from the dealers.
I was originally looking at the Mokka e, but after the sales people at two dealerships were not very helpful I ended up at a Bristol Street Motors Hyundai dealership. The sales executive could not have been more helpful and I arranged a test drive for the next day in a Kona electric Ultimate. Although the load space isn’t ideal, the Kona was a great little car and so I ordered one, now I have just have to wait the 8 to 10 months for delivery.
I got a text re the home charging point before I got home, what do most people do, have it fitted straight away or wait until nearer the delivery date?
