I’ve visited two sites this weekend, Both being part of the Perrys group. And I have to say, Whatever car I do choose will not be from Perrys.
1st site. Kia they had just found out the Sportage had been taken off. But he did say may/will come back on. Ok, I may wait. “do you have one for us to look at?” “yeah, the white one in the car park” left us to go and look at ourselves with no keys or no further interaction. Walked away and will not be back.
2nd site. Vauxhall, Salesman don’t do MB so had no interest. A Group of salespeople just sat around chatting. with no interest whatsoever.
What they fail to understand is we are customers of the sales team and also the service department 9 times out of 10. which generates income for the whole business not just the margin on the car. Plus we may also have other cars within the family. In my case we do.
