Yes wmc I agree, we were lucky to get our xc40 for £3200, minus £250 payment from motability and another £250 good condition bonus, £2700 total.
If used correctly a PHEV can be used, 90% of the time, as a full BEV. Our journeys are almost entirely less than 20 miles so, although we’ve had it less than a month I am likely to save over £100 every month.
However at the above APs a PHEV makes no financial sense.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
