Ah those were the day’s my friend we thought they’d never end, sitting in the local pub with my wife, then fiance, drinking a pint of best bitter and her with the Babycham sitting around a candle lit table.
To think folk pay extra for those luxuries these days. ?
Can anyone remember when we had a pay rise every week because like now inflation was getting out of hand and everyone wanted 100% pay rises so a formula was worked out where your wages increased with inflation every week.
Can’t remember now how long that went on for, not long I think but I remember the weekly pay rises. ?♂️
