Can Martin not find out the name of the ship your car is supposed to be on if he knows its on the water as every vehicle has a reference number so they can track it when delivered to UK, they will know which ship it is on . If he does tell you ships name please let us know at least we can can see how long it takes to get to UK which could help the rest of us went our cars eventually start moving, fingers and everything else crossed for you
