In all fairness, specs can change. Mercedes did a similar thing. You acknowledge that when you order, so a lawyer or something does precisely nothing.
Your only options are either take it to the chin, or refuse to put in the e-pin, effectively rejecting it or, if you got told early enough, just cancel the order.
It very much sucks and i certainly would be annoyed, but in the end, things like that can, will and have happened. Sometimes it’s to your benefit (if the spec changes positively), sometimes (well, more often) it just sucks, but there’s nothing you can do legally.
