I have never had dealing with the grants team. But one can not help but wonder how many of them are disabled and have a better understanding of our needs.
I think that the criteria that is used is too ridged and unflexibel to meet modern day needs. There are many posts on this and other forums about the negative experiences of trying to access a grant.
