I’d contact motability and ask their advice, but fundamentally the car that has arrived is different to that of which you ordered. I’d PERSONALLY speak to the dealership and say that unless the car is fitted with the heated seats than you’ll be contacting motability and a lawyer. If you personally haven’t had yours yet then refuse to input the pin number until its sorted.
