Hi there, fellow dino’ – do they still do mobiles with proper mechanical keypads? Only became a Handisaurus as a result of xmas prezzie. Like you, primary/only function is phone calls, specifically between Mrs T attending hospital appointments and me waiting in hospital car park. Calls will be either “wait” or “go home and I’ll call”.
Was given an Alcatel Something-or-other model (model number too complex to discover). It is a small thing (5″ screen) and if you can’t get a push-button one, go for biggest screen available. Numbers are near impossible to use on small screen. And do not believe any faff about being able to use “Accessibility” to make buttons bigger. It don’t work.
