I’ve been on the scheme pretty much since it started and in the main I’ve always been treated courteously by the dealers. Never felt I was being treated as second class apart from a Volvo dealer in the North West who appeared to have better things to do. Having said that the Volvo dealer I dealt with in Birmingham couldn’t have been more helpful. I took delivery of a Mercedes B Class back in April from Marshalls in Blackpool and they were great from start to finish. I would certainly go back to them come renewal time. Hopefully the good dealers are in the majority if my experience is anything to go by.
