The scheme still represents good value for money in my view. Global circumstances have been a contributory factor. The one thing I feel should change is the under 25 criteria, the BHP limits needs to be nudged up a little to give a better choice of cars. And as I have said before I think we need higher BHP ceilings for BEV´s.
