It all comes down to opinion doesn’t it. Who actually decides what is good quality and what isn’t? I like BMW’s but let’s be honest they all look pretty much the same with the next model being slightly bigger than previous one and the interiors are pretty much identical too. They aren’t particularly interesting or good looking in terms of style. You need to look at Italian or French cars for actual style.
As for the infotainment, there’s no way the gap between bmw and other manufacturers is as big as people make out. I can accept that they are arguably the best but it’s not by a huge amount
