i can see it in biggish dealerships that the motabilty expert is only that. It would also require a pretty big service area tho. tmk there are none here in scotland. all dealerships ive tried have been a guy who has been on the course and is supposedly savvy with it all. TBH most ive come across know very little or are just keeping it to thmselves.
for instance when i asked same question of the motability expert in dealerships i went to(maybe 8 or 9) all bar 1 had no idea about getting a hoist fitted before delivery and what it cost. it was an eyeopener quite frankly
