don’t despair, I got zero on both first categories first time round, eventually went to a tribunal where I won.
I used the example of struggling when there are platform changes etc when I am on a journey ( or diversions etc ) – and that in that instance I couldn’t figure out what I needed to do (cloud of confusion)
