Looking at a dozen or so of those disabled parking abuse video’s one thing that stood out for me, apart from the morons, is police in north America seem to have the powers to issue tickets and fines to abusers parking in shopping malls disabled spaces.
That would help a lot of us had we had laws like that here.
One other thing came to mind too is that their media still do investigative journalism unlike our’s who just read and repeat Facebook and Twitter.
