I contacted them about adding my son to the insurance, he lives 250 miles away but when we visit we get him to drive as he knows the area, been living there over 13 years, asked if he could be on permanent instead of just when we visit. The lady was very helpful and told me it wasn’t a problem and to add him, she could understand how much easier it would be for him to drive as London is a very busy place, and to ring RSA to get him added.
