Unfortunately you cannot collect your new vehicle until the end of the lease on your current one I’m afraid as it has to end before they will allow you to changeover.
Our new vehicle will be delivered to the dealers anytime now but unfortunately I cannot collect it when it does arrive as I’ve another month still left to go on my current lease.
I ordered the new Tiguan in the 2nd week of November and VW have told me it is currently waiting to be collected from the UK port for delivery to the dealers so not bad on their build/delivery timescale just a shame I wont be able to collect it upon arrival.
