On the point of trading in a personal car and that Motability says its fine to trade in a car to off set the AP I had a 4 year old ex-Motability VW Golf and asked the KIA dealer what they would give me for it and just got stoned wall every time I asked and that was when I was eyeing up the KIA Caren, when I was ordering the Carens and when I collected the Carens.
Not really a problem as Golfs are easy to sale anyway but just thought it would save me hassle at handover of my new Motability car.
They did mutter something about the VW not being their franchise but truth is, they just don’t want to know.
