    I don’t understand how dealerships can be so offhand with customers. I know they don’t get the best margins on cars they sell to motability but they are representing the car brand. Dealerships should be proud of their brands and be eager to demonstrate not only the quality of their vehicles but also their customer service.

    I am sure that the car manufacturers want their dealerships to sell as many vehicles as they can and their franchises are on the front line to do this. Manufacturers invest a lot of money in making their vehicles desirable, it is incredible that all that can be ruined by a salesperson providing the bare minimum of help and support.
