    Motability staff have always been helpful whenever I’ve rang them but I’ve not always got the answer I was hoping to get and I guess that’s why some would say there great while others say not.

    For an example if I rang and said I need a £1,000 grant and they said no, then there mud, but if they said yes, there the bee’s knee’s.

    I’ve not always got the answer I’d hope to get but they’ve always been polite and apologetic if what I wanted was not available.

    Then on the other hand there’s always the possibility of a bad hair day for staff but personally I’ve not had one yet but again since being a customer I’ve only ever had to speak to anyone about 10 to 15 times in 13 years and let’s not forget your attitude and the way you speak to them can have implications on how they reply to you but of course some disability mean speech communication problems that I was lucky to avoid when I had a stroke.
