I would be directing the garage that is dealing with it right now back to the dealer that wiped the codes as they should have a record of what they were, the system automatically saves the codes before wiping them prior to testing, at the very least give them one more chance to fix the car but insist on an accompanied long test drive so you’re not alone if it isn’t fixed.
After that I would be asking for a replacement vehicle, after all you are paying good money for a new car that you can’t use and is not fit for purpose.
