I have tried 3 times to contact BMW Harrogate, but never get a call back by their Motorbility specailist. Its a joke, i am considering contacting Motorbility to ask why they never do any thing about it, you are either providing a service or you are not.
Motorbility could send all of their custormers a survey to ask how we are been treated when purchasing the cars, that way they could get rid of them if they have poor ratings.
Is that been too harsh?
